Your agreement with Vanguard
These terms govern your use of the Vanguard or Filia medication service operated by Vanguard Performance LLC, 2901 Cleveland Ave., Suite 102, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vanguard Performance LLC. Each brand has its own presentation and clinical pathway. These terms address our platform and merchant responsibilities; the treating practice’s patient agreements govern medical care and the pharmacy’s terms govern dispensing. Read the Privacy Policy, Consent to Telehealth and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy as part of the service information.
The service and its separate responsibilities
The service connects weight-management evaluation pathways for tirzepatide, semaglutide, microdose tirzepatide and metformin with Architek-branded telehealth technology. Architek Health Inc. supplies that technology and clinical transactional communications. Architek Health Provider Network PC is the independent professional group for the Architek clinical pathway. Its licensed treating clinicians decide whether and what to prescribe. Licensed pharmacies are responsible for dispensing and, where relevant, compounding. Vanguard operates the brand and merchant service; it is not the treating practice, pharmacy or manufacturer and does not control clinical judgment. A brand name on the interface does not change those responsibilities.
Pharmacy network and individual dispensing
Architek publishes a pharmacy network that includes Absolute Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Southend Pharmacy, RedRock Pharmacy, PerfectRx, Vios Compounding, The Pharmacy Hub, MediVera Pharmacy, Hallandale Pharmacy and Emerald Pharmacy for weight-loss services. These are Architek’s published network names, not a fixed dispenser assigned to every Vanguard or Filia patient. Architek describes routing by geography, capacity and preparation availability. Its published restrictions vary: for example, Strive excludes Alaska, Indiana, Minnesota and South Carolina; RedRock excludes Alaska and has no GLP-1 coverage in Louisiana or Mississippi; Southend excludes New Jersey among other jurisdictions. A network listing is not a promise of this program’s availability in a state. The actual prescription and fulfillment information identify the dispensing pharmacy, which is responsible for preparing and dispensing the medicine. Ask the clinical service or pharmacy about the particular prescription, permitted destination and dispensing instructions.
Source: Architek’s published pharmacy networkClinical eligibility and your location
The Architek pathway serves adults 18 and older through Architek’s licensed clinical network, which Architek reports covers all 50 U.S. states. Architek has confirmed that its provider group can prescribe GLP-1 medicines in all states subject to applicable law, with pharmacy partners serving California. This network coverage is subject to the actual prescriber’s authorization for your physical location and the particular medicine, preparation and dispensing pharmacy’s state/service limits. Availability must be confirmed before any charge; it is not a promise that every product or formulation is available everywhere. Give your true identity, age, physical location, history and medicines, act for yourself, and complete clinical screening. A website visit, product choice or payment does not create a care relationship or guarantee treatment.
Evaluation, prescribing and follow-up
A clinician reviews your questionnaire and messages when they are next available. Architek supports asynchronous review where permitted rather than an immediate live visit. Timing depends on complete information, follow-up requests and whether state rules or the clinical assessment require a phone/video visit, testing or an in-person evaluation. The review may end without a prescription. Pharmacy preparation and shipping follow a prescription and have separate timing from the clinical decision. If medication is prescribed, follow the clinician’s and pharmacy’s directions and use the clinical service for treatment questions, adverse effects, monitoring and refills. A refill or dose change requires appropriate clinical review. This is not an emergency service or a replacement for ongoing primary or specialist care.
Your information and secure access
Provide accurate contact details and keep them current so the clinical service and merchant can reach you. Keep any clinical portal credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to the service that issued them. Do not put medical histories, identity documents or payment-card details in public page URLs or ordinary support email. Our public pages have no patient account, intake or upload form; the disconnected evaluation links do not accept a clinical request. This operational limit does not replace the program terms described here.
Prices, authorizations and the merchant role
Vanguard is the merchant for its medication program with its own merchant account; Architek supplies the clinical technology. This clinical pathway is self-pay and does not bill insurance. Architek Health Provider Network PC’s published terms state that its services are not eligible for insurance reimbursement and that patients covered by Medicare, Medicaid or TRICARE are ineligible for this clinical service. A patient with private insurance uses this as a self-pay pathway, not a claim billed to that plan. Confirm eligibility before any charge and review the total patient price, inclusions and any consultation, medication, shipping, platform, recurring or tax component before authorizing payment. A pharmacy price or a business-to-business fee is not a patient quote. Do not send full card details to support.
Recurring billing and renewals
A continuing prescription, a clinical renewal and a recurring payment are different matters. Read whether the selected offer is a one-time purchase or a recurring plan, the billing frequency, included services, renewal requirements and cancellation method before agreeing. A clinical approval is not permission for an undisclosed subscription. Cancelling a recurring payment does not itself change medical instructions or erase a charge already validly incurred; see Returns, Refunds & Cancellation and contact the merchant about billing and the clinician about treatment.
Cancellation, refunds and an ineligible decision
You may cancel an evaluation at no charge until a clinician begins reviewing it. A clinical review that has been performed is not refundable solely because no prescription is issued. Dispensed medication and medicine already compounded for you are not eligible for routine change-of-mind returns or refunds. These rules do not exclude correction of a billing or fulfillment error, an applicable remedy for a wrong, damaged or undelivered medicine, or a remedy required by law. Contact the brand business email promptly to request cancellation or report a problem, and read Returns, Refunds & Cancellation for the request process, refund handling and safety instructions. Clinical decisions and merchant billing decisions remain separate.
Medication information and compounded preparations
Product descriptions explain the medicine and clinical pathway; they are not personal medical advice or instructions to choose a dose. Metformin weight-management use is off-label. A compounded medicine is not FDA approved and is not an FDA-approved generic or interchangeable equivalent of an approved medicine. The clinician and dispensing pharmacy must identify the actual preparation and its instructions. No product name, branding or proposed regimen guarantees safety, effectiveness or an amount or speed of weight loss.
Privacy, records and communications
Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data & Privacy Rights notice describe Vanguard’s handling of program, merchant, support and website information. The practice and pharmacy supply their own applicable privacy notices and hold the records of their services. Architek sends branded clinical transactional communications through its system; Vanguard handles its marketing separately. Marketing is an optional choice and is not consent to treatment or a condition of purchasing care. Use the sender’s unsubscribe instructions for marketing; contact the clinical service about essential treatment messages.
Acceptable use
Do not give false information, impersonate another person, request or share someone else’s prescription, resell medication, harass staff, interfere with security, probe for unauthorized access, or obtain another person’s data. Do not copy or republish protected site material or use automated tools to disrupt the service. We may restrict misuse of our platform, while any clinical decisions or record-retention duties remain with the responsible service and applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
The site’s design, text, software and brand assets belong to Vanguard Performance LLC or their licensors. You may use them to access and understand the service; no ownership is transferred to you. Information you provide remains yours. Any permission to process it is limited by the applicable service, consent and privacy terms and is not permission to sell health information or use it for advertising.
Availability, limitations and consumer rights
Technology can fail or be interrupted, and website information cannot replace individualized clinical review. No uninterrupted access, prescription, medicine availability or clinical result is guaranteed. We remain responsible for our own obligations and nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, excuses fraud or misconduct, or waives your nonwaivable consumer or patient rights.
Questions, complaints and notices
Use the brand’s business email on the Contact page for website, billing, privacy or legal matters, or write to Vanguard Performance LLC at the address above. Describe the issue and requested resolution without including a full card number or medical records. Direct medical complaints and record requests to the treating practice and dispensing concerns to the pharmacy; we can help route the request. You retain the right to contact an appropriate regulator or exercise legal rights.
Changes and scope
The version identifies this publication. Changes to these terms do not retroactively rewrite the agreed price or terms of an earlier order. Material changes and any additional consent required for an active service must be communicated through the applicable service. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. These platform terms do not replace a clinician’s informed consent or a pharmacy’s dispensing obligations.
