Scope and operator
Vanguard Performance LLC operates Vanguard and Filia. Consumer health data can include information identifying a health goal, condition, medicine interest, evaluation or treatment, and related inferences, not only a formal diagnosis. This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for information Vanguard handles in its medication-program, merchant and support roles. It does not replace the practice’s or pharmacy’s applicable medical privacy notice. Rights and protections depend on the information and applicable law, including relevant state consumer health-data laws.
Categories and sources
Relevant categories include a medication pathway or order, information about service or fulfillment status needed for merchant support, health information you include in a request, and consent or preference records. The clinical pathway separately processes identity, location, history, medicines, allergies, questionnaire answers and clinician information for its care responsibilities. Sources are you and the participants performing the service, to the extent necessary and permitted. We do not buy health information from data brokers or create an advertising health profile from page visits. A clinical questionnaire is not permission for the merchant to receive the entire clinical record.
Purposes and recipients
Information is used to deliver and administer the requested program, provide support, process and explain authorized transactions, communicate, protect against fraud and meet applicable duties. Architek supplies branded clinical technology and communications, Architek Health Provider Network PC performs evaluation and care, the pharmacy dispenses, and relevant payment, hosting, security or support providers perform their assigned functions. Sharing must be limited to the applicable service purpose and permission or legal basis; a different purpose is not authorized by this notice alone.
Brands, affiliates and health-data limits
Vanguard and Filia are operated by the same legal entity. Shared operation does not make patient records public across brands or authorize cross-brand health-based marketing. We do not sell consumer health data, share it for targeted advertising, provide it to an employer or insurer for unrelated use, use it to train AI models, or sell de-identified health information. A corporate relationship does not remove the need for an appropriate purpose and privacy protection.
Consent and withdrawal
Where consent is required, it must be an informed choice for the specified collection or sharing and distinct from unrelated marketing. You may withdraw an applicable consent by contacting us. If withdrawing necessary processing means a requested service cannot continue, we explain that consequence; withdrawal does not undo a lawful action already taken or automatically erase clinical records that must be retained. Do not confuse withdrawal of marketing consent, telehealth consent and a refund request.
Access, deletion and recipient information
You may request confirmation and a copy of consumer health data we hold, information about relevant recipients and affiliates, correction, deletion or withdrawal of an applicable consent. Contact the brand business email or the operator address without creating a new account. We authenticate using only what is reasonably needed and arrange a safer route if sensitive information is necessary. We assess deletion for our records and notify relevant service providers or other recipients when required; applicable exceptions and clinical-record duties must be considered rather than silently ignored.
Responses and appeal
We apply the relevant legal deadlines and explain any lawful extension or refusal. You can ask for an appeal by replying to the response and stating why you disagree, and complain to the appropriate state attorney general or regulator. We do not discriminate or retaliate for exercising privacy rights. A request for the treating practice’s or pharmacy’s own medical record should go to that record holder; we can help route it.
Do Not Sell or Share and location
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the clearly labeled Do Not Sell or Share link to contact us about that choice or an applicable sensitive-information right. This public website does not collect precise device location or use geofencing around healthcare facilities. Giving your actual location to a clinician for licensure and care is a different purpose, explained in clinical intake; it is not permission for advertising geolocation.
