The medication program connects you to independent clinical evaluation through Architek-supported technology. General product descriptions help explain the options; they are not a personal diagnosis, prescribing instruction or replacement for a clinician who has assessed you. Vanguard Performance LLC is the brand operator and merchant, not a medical practice, pharmacy or manufacturer. The clinician makes medical decisions and a licensed pharmacy dispenses.
Individual risks and treatment decisions
A clinician must review suitability, contraindications, medicines, allergies, relevant conditions and treatment goals. A prescription, refill or outcome is not guaranteed. Follow the instructions for the medicine actually prescribed and speak to the clinician or pharmacist about risks, interactions and monitoring. Do not share prescriptions or select, combine, start, stop or change treatment solely from a product page.
Off-label use and compounded medicines
Metformin use for weight management is off-label and is not FDA approved specifically for weight loss. “Microdose” is not an FDA-approved standardized tirzepatide regimen or a claim of fewer risks. Compounded medicines are not FDA approved. FDA does not assess their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. They are not FDA-approved generics or interchangeable substitutes for approved medicines. A clinician must determine whether a compounded preparation is appropriate; the pharmacy is responsible for its preparation and labeling.
Ongoing care and emergencies
Keep your usual treating clinicians informed and use the designated clinical service for medication questions and follow-up. Remote questionnaires and merchant support are not continuous monitoring or emergency care. Call 911 or seek emergency care for a medical emergency; do not wait for a routine message reply.
No guaranteed outcome or substitution
No amount, speed or permanence of weight loss is promised. Product or ingredient names do not establish that a preparation is an approved brand, generic equivalent or interchangeable product. The treating clinician and pharmacy must identify the actual prescription and instructions. Commercial terms and clinical decisions remain separate; a medical disclaimer does not waive your consumer or patient rights.
