Our approach
We aim for the medication website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and to be usable across devices and input methods. The pages include semantic headings, keyboard-operable links, visible focus, responsive layouts and appearance controls. Disabled evaluation actions have an explanation. These measures are not a claim of complete WCAG conformance or that every third-party clinical screen has been tested by us.
Clinical access and alternatives
If an accessibility barrier affects clinical communication, tell the clinical service so it can discuss an appropriate accommodation or alternative assessment. Website support cannot substitute for clinical care or emergency response. Do not send health records in an ordinary accessibility email.
Feedback and help
Use the brand business email on Contact to report a barrier. Include the page address, device or browser if relevant, a description of what you could not do, and a way to reply. We use the information to understand the issue and coordinate an appropriate response; no unverified fixed response time or outcome is promised.
