Who handles the request

Vanguard Performance LLC is the merchant for its medication program. Contact the brand business email on the Contact page for a cancellation, refund or disputed-charge question. Include the order or transaction reference, date, requested action and a contact method. Do not include a full payment-card number, medical record or identity document. The clinician decides care and the pharmacy handles dispensing; our support team can route a concern but cannot change their clinical decisions.

Understand the charge before agreeing

A consultation, medication, shipping or platform charge may pay for different work. Review the total patient price, what it includes and whether it is one-time or recurring before payment. The cancellation and refund rules below distinguish clinical review from medication fulfillment; a completed review does not buy a prescription. A price negotiated between service providers is not a patient price. A continued treatment plan is not by itself authorization for a recurring charge. The evaluation links here cannot collect a payment or open a subscription.

Cancelling an evaluation or an order

You may cancel an evaluation at no charge until a clinician begins reviewing it. Contact the brand business email promptly with the request reference and say whether you want to cancel the evaluation, medication fulfillment or future recurring billing. Support checks the review and fulfillment status and confirms what has stopped; sending a message is not confirmation that work or pharmacy processing has stopped. Cancelling after review begins does not undo clinical work already performed. The separate rules below apply to a completed review and to medicine already dispensed or compounded for you. Cancelling merchant billing does not change medical instructions or a prescription.

If you are ineligible or no prescription is issued

A clinician can decline the requested treatment, request more information, recommend another assessment or decide not to prescribe. A clinical review that has been performed is not refundable solely because it results in no prescription; assessing whether treatment is appropriate is the review service. That rule concerns the performed review, not an automatic medication order or permission to keep an incorrect charge. Review and medication charges must be distinguished. Contact merchant support about a billing error or refund request and the clinician about the medical decision. Any remedy required by law remains available.

Pharmacy processing, dispensed medicine and returns

Dispensed medication and medicine already compounded for you are not eligible for routine change-of-mind returns or refunds. Tell support and the dispensing pharmacy promptly about an error, damage, a wrong item, non-delivery or another fulfillment problem so the responsible service can assess the appropriate correction or remedy. This policy does not remove a remedy required by law or excuse a prescribing or dispensing error. Do not mail medicine back without the pharmacy’s instructions or reuse another person’s medicine; ask the pharmacist about safe handling and disposal. Report adverse reactions and treatment concerns to the clinician or pharmacist.

Recurring plans and renewals

For any recurring offer, review the renewal date, billing interval, included services and cancellation method and cutoff before agreeing. Specify if you want future recurring charges stopped, an unfulfilled order cancelled, or a refund of an earlier charge; these are different requests. A refill remains subject to clinical approval even when a payment arrangement continues. Keep the cancellation confirmation and contact support about an unexpected further charge.

Billing errors and refund handling

Report a duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charge with the transaction reference and a description of the error. A refund under this policy goes to the payment method used. For a cancellation that qualifies for a refund, we issue it within 3 business days of cancellation; your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days after that. If it has not appeared after 15 business days, contact the brand business email with the reference so we can trace it. Support explains the amount and processing steps for a billing-error correction. Do not send full card details. You retain any rights to question a charge with your payment provider and any refund or other remedy required by law.

Medical safety and consumer rights

If the issue involves side effects, a dosing concern or a medicine that appears wrong or damaged, contact the clinician or pharmacist promptly; merchant support is not medical advice. Seek emergency care for an emergency. Nothing in this policy overrides a nonwaivable legal remedy or reduces a clinician’s or pharmacy’s independent responsibilities.
